Evan was pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had, as it was my first time ever needing to use a cleaning service. The service he provides isn’t charged hourly, which surprised me. Cleaning would be done however long it takes to get the house cleaned per the package you choose. I went with the Deep Clean package. He ensured if I wasn’t happy with the service they would come back 24 hours later to go over anything I was not happy with. Pleased with the customer service, I decided to book. The company also sends text reminders a couple days before to ensure you remember the scheduled date of service, which is great for a single mom like me that tends to have a hectic schedule. Ashley, the house provider arrived on time and brought along with all of her supplies from cleaning products, vacuum, and even a steam cleaner. It took Ashley 5 and a half hours to clean the home I was moving out of. Majority of the time was spent with the stove which was the hardest to clean. The stove in general was the original stove the house came with which was built 19 years ago. When Ashley was done, the stove looked brand new. Floors were nice and shiny; every counter was wiped down clear. All cupboards and drawers were cleaned thoroughly. She took the time to dust everywhere, even the high ceilings. The bathrooms, tubs and showers were steam cleaned. And the home was throughly vacuumed. Ashley was not only friendly but did such an amazing job. The home is now move in ready. Evan also reached out shortly after Ashley left to see if the cleaning service provided was up to my expectations, which indeed it was.
